4/2012: First BFP! which sadly ended in a miscarriage just at 5 weeks
5/2012-4/2013: TTC every month with no luck
5/2013: Saline Ultrasound, HSG by OBGYN. Diagnosed with unexplained infertility and started on progesterone

12/2013: Finally went to RE- testing continues. Diagnosed with Luteal Phase Deficiency
2/2014: Surgery discovers uterine septum, polyps and Stage 4 Endometriosis- all removed
Cycle 1-4/2014: Clomid + scheduled IUI (ovulated early IUI cancelled) tried natural- BFN
Cycle 2-5/2014: Clomid + scheduled IUI (3 follicles on right- one at 28mm- 3 small follicles on left)- Day 21 P4: 11- BFN
Cycle 3-6/2014: Clomid + scheduled IUI (1 follicle on right @ 20.3mm- 1 follicle on left @ 18) Day 21 P4:10- Day 16dpo blood test- BFN
Cycle 4- June/July 2014: 50 IUI Follistim from Day 2-8 + scheduled IUI (1 follicle on left @ 15 mm on day 7, grew to 22 mm on day 9, had LH surge took trigger shot) IUI on Day 10- Day 17dpo blood test- BFN
July/August: Break for HSG to check left tube (looks dilated)
Cycle 5- August 2014: 75 iui Follistim X 5 days, 92 iui X 4 days + scheduled IUI (1 follicle on right @ 20, 1 follicle on left @ 18) 2 large endometriomas (one on left, one on right) + 1 cyst on left- trigger shot on day 11- Day 16 dpo- BFN
September/October- On A TTC break, looks like IVF is our future
